Juan Adriatico served for 15 years as a Clinician Chaplain, working with military families, soldiers, sailors, youth, Marines, and contractors around the globe. In 2005, he attended Lander University on a baseball scholarship, graduating with a business degree. He later graduated from Erskine Theological Seminary in 2008 with a focus on Practical Ministries. 

In 2006, he was commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army Chaplain Corps. Captain Adriatico served as an airborne paratrooper with the 2-35 Infantry, acting as Battalion Chaplain for 3,000 soldiers. He earned the Combat Action Badge during mortar attacks and was awarded the Bronze Star. By 2010, he had become known as "A Soldier's Chaplain" and was selected for the doctoral program at Brooke Army Medical Center, completing 1,600 clinical hours as a chaplain in the emergency room, ICU, grief support, and at Intrepid Hospital.

After a year in San Antonio, Texas, he was deployed back to Iraq as the Chaplain for the 101st Battalion, supporting 1,100 troops. Over his career, Juan has conducted more than 5,000 counseling sessions, delivered over 100 sermons, and led 45 marriage seminars and 25 reintegration seminars for redeploying soldiers. He is also a master suicide intervention trainer certified in ASIST and ACE.

In 2015, Juan was selected by the United States Navy to serve as an active-duty officer and chaplain for Desron Fifteen in Yokosuka, Japan, supporting 2,800 sailors, and later as the Navy Command Chaplain at Fort Sam Houston, overseeing 3,000 sailors, corpsmen, and doctors. In 2016, he led the Military Baseball Organization as head coach, helping to grow a five-man team into a league of over 300 players internationally, gaining recognition from The Armed Forces News Network and Major League Baseball.

Juan also served as a hospital chaplain at Self Regional Hospital in Greenwood, South Carolina, where he earned his fifth unit of Clinical Pastoral Education. Passionate about the outdoors, he launched a successful outfitting company called Colt Outfitters in 2022 and is a senior developer with The Colt Firm, a national contracting company (coltfirm.com). Center Mass Counseling is led by Chaplain Juan Adriatico, a Clinician Chaplain with over 2,000 clinical hours in working with patients suffering from loss, suicide, trauma, grief and more. He has conducted over 3,000 hours of counseling as a United States Army and Navy Chaplain with 2 combat tours in Iraq as an Airborne Paratrooper and was awarded the Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge. Juan also played Division II NCAA College baseball from 2001-2006 and was selected to play for the U.S. Military All Stars in 2010. By 2016 "Coach Adriatico" created The USA Military Baseball Organization in Japan gaining the attention of Major League Baseball and The Texas Collegiate League where his teams performed for 2. He is a personal trainer and values fitness, health, diet and holistic living vitally. "Chaps" is also a commercial hunting guide for Wild Boar Hunts with Colt Outfitters who manages 10,000 acres in Georgia and South Carolina. He also has helped several men in the dating pool as was a professional dance instructor teaching country western swing, salsa, bachata and more.

He is passionate about helping people overcome their hardships and to empower the lives of many. "My passion is helping men of all ages and to help guide them back to the very Rock and Salvation, Christ. My father played a very vital role in my life in always believing in me. He is the reason why I am so driven in so many ways by instilling so much confidence in myself when I didn't believe in my own capabilities. I believe in meeting people where they are at and to give understanding, love and care to those who are needing a place to be heard. The Alpha Male is constantly being torn at and I believe it is my calling to help restore the lives of many who were never given the chance to become what God has intended them to be.  I believe it is when a man comes to understand the very nature, brevity and shortness of his life that he can come into a place of worship of the very One who created Him. Life is war and to think of it any differently is foolish.

My belief is not to press upon others that men are to be soft but to empower them to become protectors, providers, priests and a masculine presence within their homes, jobs, companies, churches and families alike.
